To set up email on your Android:
1. Select the email icon at the bottom of the screen
2. Enter email address and password_Note: If automatically configure account option is displayed, make sure this is unchecked as you want to manually configure this account.
3. Select POP3 account
4. Enter Incoming Server and port info (webmail.ftc-i.net Port #110). Make sure you choose “None” as security type. You will also want to choose “Never” under the tab labeled “Delete email from server.” Select Advanced Settings and uncheck the “Verify Certificate” option. Then select OK.
5. Enter Outgoing Server and port info (smtps.ftc-i.net OR smtpauth.ftc-i.net Port #587). You will choose “None” under the tab labeled “Security Type.”Select Advanced Settings and uncheck the “Verify Certificate” option. Then select next._Note: Theusername and password is the same as your FTC email account username and password.
6. Check email frequency settings to desired times then select next
7. Name the account and enter name to display on outgoing messages then select done
8. If you are having issues using the smtps.ftc-i.net outgoing server, please try the smtpauth.ftc-i.net Port #587 option.
