Baked Whole Chicken from Thanksgiving with Granddaughter Episode


Baked Whole Chicken

  • Whole Chicken (remove guizzards and heart and sit aside for giblet gravy)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Heat oven to 375 degrees, after removing and sitting aside guizzards and heart, sprinkle with salt and pepper, paint outside of chicken skin with vegetable oil. Bake for an hour per every 2 pounds.
