BBQ Chicken Wings, White Peas and Parsley Potatoes


Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken Wings
  • Texjoy Rooster Booster
  • One Pint of John Boy and Billy Eastern BBQ Sauce

Parsley Potatoes:

  • Small bag of red skin potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Pepper
  • Cavenders’ Seasoning

White Acre Peas

  • White acre peas
  • Goya Ham Seasoning



BBQ Chicken Wings: Wash chicken thoroughly and cut off wing tips with meat cutting scissors. Season wings on both sides with Tex Joy Rooster Booster. Grill them at 275-300 until they will pull apart, to make sure they are done. After they are done, dip twice in John Boy and Billy Eastern BBQ Sauce, putting back on grill in between dipping.

Parsley Potatoes: Peel small bag of red skin potatoes and place in roasting pan. Add Cavenders, olive oil, pepper and parsley. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

White Acre Peas: Add water and Goya Ham Seasoning and boil for 10 minutes. Add Peas and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
