Chocolate Shortbread Bars


  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup shortbread cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup angel flake coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk


Melt butter in 13×9" pan. Spread cookie crumbs evenly in bottom of pan, pressing gently. Sprinkle chopped pecans over cookie crumbs. Add chocolate morsels. Sprinkle coconut over chocolate morsels. Evenly drizzle condensed milk over the top. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Cool completely, and cut into bars.
