Greek Sliders


  • Rolls (size of your choice)
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Arugula
  • Greek Sauce


Rub tenderloin down with about 2-3 tablespoons of curry. Salt and pepper. Bake at 350° until just done (not dry). Set aside in foil to rest. Split rolls and toast with olive oil brushed on insides and toast (I use a frying pan).
