Need help finding your account number or PIN?

Account Numbers:
You can often find your account number when you log into your account online or via an app, or on the first page of the paper bill.

PIN/Passwords:
Typically a 4-8 digit passcode that was set when creating your account

Verizon Customers:
Verizon is now generating a 6 digit “Porting PIN” for customers that are moving phone numbers. You can find this PIN using the Verizon app, or by calling Verizon customer support.

Note: This is different from your billing PIN, which is usually 4-8 digits and set when creating your account.
