Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.
It’s college basketball tournament season again, and we are hosting men’s and women’s Pick-It March Mania contests! All FTC customers and those living in our service area are invited to participate in this fun, free online contest that follows each of the 64-team college basketball tournaments.
