Ambrosia

Ingredients

• 1 large can fruit cocktail
• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 1 can mandarin orange slices
• Other assorted fruit as desired
• 1 cup pecans (lightly toasted)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 cup sugar

Directions

Drain canned fruit and add other diced fruit as desired.  Add nuts.  Mix in marshmallows.  Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger to whipped cream. Add to fruit mixture.
