John Boy and Billy Original BBQ Sauce
2 Soup Cans of Rice
2 Cans of Beef Consume
2 Cans of French Onion Soup
½ stick of Butter
1 pound Brussel Sprouts
2-3 slices of Bacon
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
TexJoy and Cavendar’s to taste

TexJoy Seasonings and Cavendar’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning
Peel off the membrane with a paper towel. Season with TexJoy Pork Rub, Leggs Seasoning and Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Grill until tender. Dip twice in John Boy and Billy Original Sauce, placing back on grill between dipping.
Pour soups into pot and add butter. Bring to a boil and add 2 cans of rice (use empty soup can to measure rice).Bring back to a boil liquid, cover and put in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
*This recipe can be doubled or tripled depending on number of individuals to be served.
Fry out 2-3 slices of bacon. Slice Brussel Sprouts in quarter inch pieces. Remove bacon, add sprouts and seasoning, then sauté until tender. Drizzle with olive oil and stir. Crumble bacon and add on top.
