- 1 wheel of brie
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped and toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
Remove rhine from brie. Place in a small casserole dish with sugar and pecans. Melt in a hot oven (about 450°). Remove and mix well. Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted nuts and brown sugar. Serve with crackers and fruit.
