Baked Spaghetti


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 16 oz. jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. spaghetti (cooked and drained)


Sauté onions, green peppers and mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil until onions are transparent. Add ground beef and sauté until well done. Mix in spaghetti sauce and mushroom soup and heat through. Mix drained spaghetti and mix well. Pour into casserole, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
