Boston Butt Steaks


Boston Butts Steaks

Seasonings and or marinade of choice**


Al Rogers Potatoes


Two Onions

3 Pounds of Russet Potatoes


1 Large can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste


Fried Okra


1 Pound small Okra sliced

¼ Cup Olive Oil

Seasonings of Choice**

Cavendar’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning


Boston Butt Steaks

Marinate meat with Dales Marinade and TexJoy (or seasonings of choice). Grill until done.


Al Rogers Potatoes

Quarter two onions and 3 pounds of russet potatoes, place in pot and cover with water. Boil until done. Pour off most of the water, add cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer.  Add shredded cheese and stir before serving.


Fried Okra

Drizzle frying pan with olive oil, add okra and seasonings. Sauté slowly over medium heat until done.
