Breakfast Casserole


  • 1-pound mild cheese, grated
  • 1 pound bulk sausage cooked and well drained.
  • 6 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed.
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 6 eggs well beaten


Mix cheese, sausage, bread, milk, salt, dry mustard, and eggs together.
Place in greased 9 X 13-inch casserole.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake 45 minutes, uncovered.
