Score Brussels sprouts and peel off tough ends and outer layer. Saute’ in lots of butter, salt. In separate saute’ pan add olive oil, fresh garlic minced/finely chopped, cut small onion in thin rings, chop walnuts and sautee, once onion is transparent, add to Brussels sprouts, stir and saute’ just a little longer and then they are ready to serve.
