Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie – Thanksgiving 2010

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 sticks margarine (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all dry ingredients.  Add melted margarine.  Mix in eggs and vanilla.  Mix together well.  Pour into 2 unbaked, deep-dish pie shells.  Bake for 50-60 minutes.
