Coconut Pie

  • 1 1/4 Cups of Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup of Whole or Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • Pie Shell


Thaw Pie Shell and then indent with fork or spoon. Mix coconut and milk together and sit aside. Cream sugar and butter with mixer, add beaten eggs and vanilla, then slowly mix in coconut and milk combination. Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Before serving drizzle with chocolate syrup.
