Duck Breast Rolls
Fillet and pound out the duck breast. Cut ends off and clean out peppers. Mince onion and mix equally with cheese to stuff peppers. Cover duck with seasoning and roll duck around peppers. Stretch bacon and wrap duck.
Peel and slice turnips. Lay sliced onion in casserole dish and layer with turnips. Add Clowney’s seasoning and pour creamer on top.
Back both dishes at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Watch bacon on duck meat to turn brown.
