Easy Peach Cobbler – Summer Salads Episode


  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine


Preheat oven to 400°. In a 13×9” baking dish, melt butter. Add peaches, including the juice. Mix sugar, flour, and milk well and pour over peaches. Bake until golden brown (approximately 30-45 minutes).

Note: For Episode 2, I used a pint of fresh blueberries and a can of blueberry pie filling instead of the peaches.
