Funnel Cakes from Carnival Foods Episode

Ingredients

Funnel Cakes

2 cups plain flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 cups of milk

2 eggs beaten and mixed with milk

Canola Oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and then pour in milk/egg mixture, stir well. Heat skillet with canola oil. Drip batter through funnel or icing bag into the hot oil. Shift powdered sugar over funnel cakes.
