Grilled Beef Rib Eye Loin

  • Rib Eye Loin
  • Texjoy steak shake

Roasted Potatoes

  • Potatoes sliced
  • Onions sliced
  • Olive Oil
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Mixed Steamed Vegetables

  • 1 Bag of Mixed Vegetables
  • Texjoy Seasoning


Grilled Beef Rib Eye Loin: Season room temperature loin with Texjoy Steak Shake on all sides. Pat in seasoning with your hand. Grill at 275-300 for 2-2.5 hours, depending on size of loin, until desired temperature is reached.

Roasted Potatoes: Slice and layer potatoes in roasting pan. Add Texjoy and small amount of olive oil. Slice and ring one large onion. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 400. Uncover and add shredded cheese. Place back in oven to let cheese melt.

Mixed Steamed Vegetables: Steam one bag of mixed vegetables seasoned with Texjoy.
