Grilled Shrimp, Roasted Potatoes and Brownie Pie


Grilled Shrimp

  • 1 pound of peeled shrimp
  • One package of McCormick’s meat marinade

Roasted Potatoes

  • 10-12 small red-skinned potatoes cut into quaters
  • Olive oil
  • Tex Joy Seasoning
  • Cavenders Seasoning

Toss Salad

  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Brownie Pie

  • 3 TBS of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 c sugar
  • ¼ c all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
  • 1 regular frozen or fresh pie shell-uncooked



Grilled Shrimp: Mix marinade as directed on package and add shrimp and toss well until shrimp are well coated in marinade. Marinate shrimp for 10-15 minutes per instructions on package. Place Shrimp on bamboo or metal skewers and grill @ 300 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Flipping once.

Roasted Potatoes: Peel and quarter potatoes. Place potatoes in baking dish and coat with olive oil. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Season with Texjoy and Cavenders . Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Toss Salad: Add ingredients into large salad bowl, toss to combine ingredients and top with you favorite salad dressing. Other ingredients such as shredded carrots, sliced boil eggs, cheese, peppers, etc can also be added.

Brownie Pie: Incorporate all the dry ingredients together and mix well. Incorporate eggs into cooled butter and mix. Add in vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
