Ingredients
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 2 Green Bell Peppers Chopped
- Bottom Round Roast
- Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- Hoagie Buns
- Provolone Cheese
Directions
Heat 1 TBS of Olive Oil in Skillet
Add 2 chopped onions and 2 chopped Green Bell Peppers
Sautee until carmalized
Thinly slice bottom round roast
Cook atop a Griddle or Skillet
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
Cook meat to desired temperature
Warm Buns atop Griddle until slightly toasted
Inside warmed buns, add three slices of roast
Add 2 slices of provolone cheese
Spoon in carmelized onions and peppers
Fold bun together to serve
