Mashed Potatoes and English Peas for Thanksgiving with Granddaughter


Mashed Potatoes

  • 3/4 salted stick of butter
  • Chopped Chives
  • Boiled Red Potatoes with skins left on
  • Cup of Sour Cream
  • Whole Milk

English Peas

  • Can of English Peas
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • chicken broth


Use mixer and add all ingredients and cream together. Pour into a bowl to serve.

Heat peas in pot on stove at medium heat. add salt, pepper, garlic and a little chicken broth. Pour into serving bowl.
