Oyster Stew


Oyster Stew

  • Two pints shucked oysters
  • Milk
  • Half and half
  • Half stick of Butter
  • Spring onions


Oyster Stew: Melt butter. Add five cups milk and two cups half and half. Next, add one cup chopped spring onions, two pints oysters (cut out white muscle and chop with small chopper) Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until hot. Do not boil. Serve with crackers.
