Roasted Asparagus – Candlelit Dinner 2010


  • Fresh asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic powder


Wash asparagus and cut off woody bottom stems.  Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus.  Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.  Roast in a 350° oven until tender.
