Sea Salt Caramel Cookies from Grilled Cheese and Soup episode

Ingredients

Sea Salt Caramel Cookies

  • Stick of Salted Butter
  • Cup of White Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa
  • Cup and a Half of plain flour
  • tsp of Vanilla
  • 10 oz bag of sea salt caramel morsels

Directions

Sea Salt Caramel Cookies: With mixer, beat butter and white and brown sugars, add eggs, add baking soda, salt and cocoa and mix well. Add flour and continue to mix. Add tsp of Vanilla and caramels and mix well until dough is creamy. On a cookie sheet add parchment paper and then spoonful of cookie dough. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
