Southwest Cornbread


2 Cups of Cornmeal

Cup of Milk

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1/4 Cup of Chopped Bell Peppers

Can of Cream Style Corn

1/4 Cup of Chopped tomatos (drain juice)

1 TBS of Clowney Seasoning Salt

1 Packet of Splenda Sweetener

2-3 TBS Olive Oil


Mix in bowl, cornmeal, milk, eggs, sir well, add onions, pepper, tomatos and can cornm continue to stir, add seasoning salt, sugar and olive oil. Mix well

Heat 2-3 TBS of olive oil in cast iron skillet in oven. Pour in cornbread mixture, bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
