Strawberry Coulis – Candlelit Dinner 2010

Ingredients

• 16 oz package of frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Blend strawberries and sugar in blender until smooth.  Strain mixture.  Drizzle over chocolate pate and artfully around dessert plate.
