Ingredients
Tea
- Tea Bags or Tin of Tea of your choice
- Milk or Cream
- Sugar
Blueberry Scones
- 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 TBS of Baking Powder
- 2 TBS of Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 TBS Butter
- Cup of Blueberries
- Cooking Spray
Veggie Finger Sandwiches
- 1/2 Cup of finely shredded carrots
- 8oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 Seedless Cucumber (Chopped)
- Extra Large Dollop of Sour Cream
- Extra Large Dollop of Mayonnaisse
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Bread
Directions
Tea
Can be made with tea bag or tea tin of your choice. You will need a teaspoon of tea per cup. Fill tea pot with hot water to warm pot and then disregard water. Heat kettle of water until it comes to a rolling boil, put tea or tea bag in tea pot strainer, then pour water over tea. Black tea will take 3 to 5 minutes to steep. White tea will only take 30 second and Green tea will take a minute to steep. Put Sugar and Cream in tea cup and then add tea. Stir and enjoy.
Blueberry Scones
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into large bowl, add butter and knead with hands into dry ingredients until they are mixed well, gentle add blueberries. Roll into ball and flatten, cut into wedges and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Veggie Finger Sandwiches
Put softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, add finely grated carrots, zest peel of cucumber into bowl, then add finely chop cucumber, add sour cream and mayonnaise, add salt and pepper and mix well. Trim crust from bread and spread mixture and cut into triangles before serving
