Three Color Rotini Ham and Cheese Salad – Summer Salads Episode


  • Three color rotini
  • 6 oz ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper


1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dill Dressing made according to directions.


Boil and drain rotini. Cool. Cut ham into cubes, slice tomatoes in half. Julienne peppers. Mix all ingredients together. Toss with dressing. This salad keeps for several days in the fridge.
