Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
 
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
 
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
 
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.

FTC systems are currently experiencing technical difficulties and cannot take online payments. Our IT team is working diligently to correct the issue. Please call 888-218-5050 to make payments or stop by one of our eight payment locations. We apologize for the inconvenience.
