ProtectIQ is a set of added network security features available for an added fee in the FTC Wi-Fi App. Once enabled, the features allow users to effectively lock down their network to prevent intrusion by unwanted visitors. ProtectIQ will also alert users when any unknown visitors attempt to access their network, in addition to scanning all files passing through the network for viruses and blocking malicious websites and malware.
