Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
 
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
 
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
 
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.

Changing service plans/adding channels

You can change your current plan and/or add any package to your current plan at any time by contacting Customer Service at 888-218-5050. Your charges will be on the following month’s bill
