Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.
Toggling between Set-top box configurations for the NOVA
For the NOVA model, use the following two sequences to toggle between the Cisco and Motorola Set-top box configuration:
Motorola: Press and hold in SETUP + A until the Green light under Set-top box flashes twice and release both keys.
Cisco: Press and hold in SETUP + C until the Green light under Set-top box flashes twice and release both keys.
