Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.
Accessing your favorite channels list (via the B Button)
The B Button, the square green button located in the middle of the remote control, is a shortcut to setting up your favorite channels list. Once you have set up your favorites channels list, the B Button is used as a shortcut to access that list.
