Email server settings

If you use a mail “client” such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Entourage or any other “client,” you must change your email settings to the following:

IMAP/POP3 access
Your email account is enabled with IMAP/POP3 access.

  • POP3/IMAP Server address: mail.ftc-i.net
  • Supporting POP3, IMAP or secure connections via SSL

Note, you must authenticate to your POP3/IMAP server using your full email address, not just the username.

Outgoing SMTP
To send outgoing messages via FTC Webmail configure your mail-client to use SMTP authentication.

  • SMTP Server address: smtps.ftc-i.net
  • Supporting SMTP or secure connections via SSL/TLS

Note, you must authenticate to your POP3/IMAP server using your full email address.
