Upcoming Payment System Upgrade Notice
We're excited to announce the deployment of our new payment software on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This upgrade will help enhance our payment processing capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade:
- Automated telephone bill payment system
- Payments on the online portal or in the MyFTC app
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important system upgrades.
Editing a contact’s information
To edit your contact information, click Contacts. Then select the contact you would like to update and click the icon with the pencil located in the top right corner.
You can change your info then click “Save.”
